The Blackhawks return home to host the Vegas Golden Knights on Tuesday evening. Chicago is now 9-10-5 following their thrilling 5-4 overtime win over the Panthers in Sunrise, FL on Saturday.
Alex DeBrincat scored essentially at the buzzer to tie the game and send it to overtime, where Erik Gustafsson finished it off. The win halted a two-game skid.

Patrick Kane is the team's scoring leader with 27 points (13G, 14A) through 23 games. Jonathan Toews is second with 20 points (11G, 9A) in 24 games.
This will be the first game in a Blackhawks uniform for newcomers Dylan Strome and Brendan Perlini, who were acquired from Arizona via trade on Sunday night.
Strome had three goals and three assists in 20 games for the Coyotes, while Perlini had two goals and four assists in 22 outings.
Corey Crawford leads the way between the pipes for Chicago with a 2.68 GAA and .914 save percentage.
The Golden Knights (12-12-1) have won three games in a row and are coming off back-to-back shutout victories over Calgary and San Jose this past weekend.
Jonathan Marchessault leads the team in scoring with 10 goals and 10 assists this season. William Karlsson is second with 18 points (2G, 16A).
Between the pipes, Marc-Andre Fleury has a 2.33 GAA and .913 save percentage and five shutouts in 21 outings.
SEASON SERIES:
In three meetings last season, the Blackhawks went 0-3-0 against Vegas. This season, they'll play each other two more times. They meet in Vegas on Dec. 6 and in Chicago on Jan. 12.
LINEUP NOTES:
Henri Jokiharju is a game-time decision as he missed the morning skate with an illness. The team did not run line rushes. Corey Crawford was the first goaltender off the ice.
OPPONENT TO WATCH:
Karlsson is second on the Golden Knights in scoring with 18 points this season, six of which are goals.
He scored a goal against San Jose in the team's last outing.
Last season was a breakout campaign for the forward in which he scored 43 goals and added 35 assists. Karlsson was a second-round pick of the Anaheim Ducks in the 2011 NHL Draft.
